Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for fair, safe, and lawful use of BizChain Viet Nam corporate websites, communication channels, and consulting infrastructure.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using BizChain Viet Nam Company Limited (“BizChain”) corporate websites (bizchain.vn), communication channels, APIs, and consulting infrastructure.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in IP restriction, blocking of inquiries, or legal action where appropriate.
1. General Principles
Use our website and communication channels lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. Do not harm BizChain, our clients, infrastructure, or third parties.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
2.1 Abuse and interference
- Attack, probe, or disrupt our website or server infrastructure (DDoS, injection, brute force, or unauthorized port scanning).
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures implemented on bizchain.vn.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from bizchain.vn without prior written permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source code or intellectual property.
2.2 Fraud and deception
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive business inquiries or impersonate any person or corporate entity.
- Impersonate BizChain staff, executives, clients, or representatives.
2.3 Harmful content and conduct
- Transmit malware, phishing links, viruses, or unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through our contact forms or email channels.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse BizChain personnel or partners.
- Transmit materials that infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party.
3. Client Applications & Third-Party Platforms (Chasoft Labs)
Platforms showcased on our website—including Vietcotuong, Karace, and Family Tree Studio—are owned, published, and operated independently by Chasoft Labs (a private TechLab).
- Independent Platform Rules: Each client application maintains its own acceptable use policy, fair-play rules (such as anti-cheat and engine restrictions on Vietcotuong), API quotas, and community standards enforced directly by Chasoft Labs.
- No Administration by BizChain: BizChain does not administer, moderate, or enforce user behavior or community standards on Chasoft Labs platforms.
- Reporting Violations on Client Apps: Reports regarding fair play, game cheating, or abuse on Vietcotuong, Karace, or Family Tree Studio must be submitted directly to the support channels of the respective platform operated by Chasoft Labs.
4. Reporting Violations on BizChain Properties
To report abuse, security vulnerabilities, or policy violations relating to bizchain.vn:

- Please provide relevant URLs, timestamps, headers, and supporting logs.
5. Enforcement
BizChain reserves the right to:
- Block offending IP addresses or traffic sources.
- Reject or terminate correspondence and proposals.
- Report illegal attacks or threats to competent law enforcement authorities in Vietnam and internationally.
- Pursue civil and criminal remedies for malicious interference with our systems.
6. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of bizchain.vn after updates constitutes acceptance.
