Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for fair, safe, and lawful use of BizChain SaaS platforms and services.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using BizChain Viet Nam Company Limited (“BizChain”) websites, SaaS products (including Vietcotuong and Karace), APIs, and related services.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
1. General Principles
Use our services lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. Do not harm other users, BizChain, or third parties.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
2.1 Abuse and interference
- Attack, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure (DDoS, injection, unauthorized scanning).
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers except through documented APIs and within published limits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
2.2 Unfair play and fraud
- Cheat, use exploits, or manipulate game outcomes (including engine assistance not permitted by the product).
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans, limits, or free-tier restrictions.
- Engage in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or subscription manipulation.
- Impersonate BizChain staff, moderators, or other users.
2.3 Harmful content and conduct
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
- Post or share illegal content, including content that exploits minors.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
2.4 Misuse of user content and communications
- Use chat, forums, or messaging features for unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
- Share others’ private information without consent (doxxing).
- Record or redistribute private communications without permission where prohibited by law or product rules.
2.5 Resource abuse
- Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated compute workloads on our infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense access to paid features without written authorization.
- Use free tiers in a manner that materially degrades service for other users.
3. Product-Specific Rules
Vietcotuong
- Follow fair-play rules for ranked and tournament play.
- Do not use unauthorized chess engines or assistance during competitive modes where prohibited.
- Tournament organizers may publish additional rules; participants must comply.
Karace
- Use developer tools and APIs within documented rate limits and terms.
- Do not use the platform to distribute malicious code or attack third-party systems.
Additional product guidelines may be published on each product’s website.
4. Reporting Violations
Report abuse to legal@bizchain.vn with relevant details (username, URLs, timestamps, screenshots). We review reports in good faith but cannot guarantee outcomes or response times.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- Issue warnings or temporary restrictions.
- Remove content that violates this policy.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
- Report illegal activity to authorities.
- Pursue legal remedies for serious or repeated violations.
We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may do so to protect users and our services.
6. No Retaliation
Do not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
